Loss.

So tell me, how do you deal with loss?

Sorrowful music?...?!?
Go out and have fun with a bunch of people?
Talk to a friend?
Drown yourself in alcohol?
Thinking happy thoughts?
Don't think?
.
.
.
.
End your life?

It's hard to deal with when you no longer have your loved one by your side.

More importantly, how do you help someone cope with it?

What can you say?
You can't tell them it's going to be okay when you're not sure it will be.

What can you do?

I'm helpless.

share it with the best friend or watch the funnies clips or tv serials on internet, believe me it helps.
2nd. you are the only person that u'll have to live all the time! in ur life.
3rd. it takes 21 days to adapt yourself to a new habit.
thinking that you can't live without someone u loved is wrong, u can! you just got used to living with that person, and it took the form of a habit. to overcome that habit you'll have to at least devote 21 days of your life to the process of patience.
